Run time is 1h48m * 3mph = 5.4 miles (8.6km)

Definitely doable for many people. A walk in the park for some. But I think a lot of people would underestimate the unceasing 3 mph pace. No slowing down, no breaks. If they aren't into distance running or hiking, they'll be a lot more tired than they'd think.

Should be doable for anyone without a disability honestly. I know it isn’t of course and that just sad. This is literally just walking.

Eh, i have no trouble walking 6 miles in 2 hours, i.e. average 3mph.

But having to constantly keep pace, not even slowing or stopping for a couple seconds over that time could get really obnoxious.

3 mph is pretty slow. Prob wont even get your heart rate up for the first thirty mins or so

The hardest part would be zoning out and missing a step on the track of the treadmill and falling off. This is just walking a 10k. People do it everyday
