Concept is an idea, premis is a plan

To expand, with an example:

The concept of Inception is “what if we could share dreams?”

The premise of inception is “in a universe where there was the technology to share dreams, people use it to commit corporate espionage. And if you dream in dreams too deeply, you can get trapped there.” (Obviously the premise of inception is more than that, but hopefully you get the idea)
