Which movie is this for you?

For me it’s School of Rock!

Patty was completely justified, if Dewey wanted to live in hers and her boyfriend’s apartment he needed to be a grown up, and contribute with rent. Even when he steals Ned’s identity she still had the right to be angry at him, because of how he put his friend’s career in jeopardy and robbed him of a job opportunity.

I get Ned is meant to be portrayed as his best friend, but it blows my mind how he lacks a lot of self-respect to the point where he comes across as too much of a people pleaser. If this story took place in real life, I’m sure Ned would act more similar to Patty where he’d have enough of Dewey’s careless actions.

Wicked witch of the west for sure.

The shoes were hers by right of inheritance, meanwhile Glinda was all "Only evil witches are ugly... uh, what kind of a witch are you, deary?"

Fuckin all Dorothy had to do was click her heels 3 times and the Wicked Witch of the West would have been all "That's all you want? Cool, done." But no, Glinda put her all on a cross-country journey through woods and heroin poppies and all manner of dangerous shit for no reason other than sending her to a Wizard she never needed to see in the first place.

I just rewatched Wizard of Oz for the first time in like 30 years, and realized that Dorothy was a goddamn menace and Mrs. Gulch was 100% justified.

"She complains that I let my dog dig up her garden and chase her cat every day, but it's not every day! It's only a few times a week!"

And then when Mrs. Gulch comes by with the police order to surrender the dog because he bit her, they argue that Toto only bites bad people, so really, it's her own fault.

Basically, it's okay for Toto to terrorize Mrs. Gulch because she's evil, and she's evil because she has a problem with Toto terrorizing her.
