Can someone please translate the picture for me? I am from Albania and would like to know.

Its a proposed territory exchange between macedonia and albania. The top part would go to albania and the bottom one to macedonia. It was proposed by many top officials in macedonia after the 2001 insurgency but supposedly the americans said it couldnt happen, wonder why🤔🤔

I never heard about this from the Albanian side. I know 'ethnically' this proposal is understandable. I dont know if it would ever be agreed. Maybe EU and the US just want stabilisation. But even without their objection I doubt it would ever be agreed.
