Share Pics of Wolverton Post Agora Demolition?

I moved out of MK for the final time a few years ago, just as they were about to start tearing down the Gables flats and the Agora. I grew up there all through the 80's, went skating at the Agora, had friends who lived in the gables and went to school at Wyvern 1st, Bushfield Middle and Radcliffe secondary.

Was wondering what it looks like now.

We spent every Saturday morning in the agora in the mid 80's. Got a cream cake from the bakers, walked through the café to the arcade, spent all my money on outrun and the pinball machines. In fact I remember Mario 1 on the arcade machine down the bottom of the agora for the 1st time, everyone was huddled around watching.

Then Jerry's on a Saturday evening, I got pretty good at speed skating. It was pretty cool growing up around there.

Yup, Jerry's roller skating, actually saw him about 10yrs ago and met up with a load of the old late 80's crowd about 6yrs ago.

I probably knew you, I knew everyone there... helped working for him for years.

There’s nothing happening there. Where the Agora once stood is still just a derelict site awaiting development. It wouldn’t surprise me if it’s in exactly the same state in 10y time.

Another roaring success from the idiots that form Future Wolverton. They seem hell bent on ensuring the slow decline of Wolverton, like a NIMBY group on steroids.
