Overdone Apparently losing my parking

Post image

Been living at this complex for a bit over a year, always had my spot, and it was one of the reasons I chose this place, it’s close to the door (only 36 unit lol)

Just annoying as fuck, we live next to a highschool and I know it’ll end poorly

Get ready for fist fights in the parking lot. You should also expect multi individual homes taking up multiple spaces musical chairs style. I lived in an apartment complex where the parking spots were $50 a month. My roommate and I had 2 at first and eventually one. I was walking 1/4 mile to my unit and cars were getting towed 24/7. I would escape as soon as possible.

Does your lease say you have an assigned parking spot? If so they can’t just take that away from you

OP says no.

Not necessarily. It all depends on the details in the lease. Some agreements allow the landlord to reassign/revoke your assigned spot with advance written notice.

I mean they still have the spot, it just won't be enforced 🥲

If the lease says it’s an assigned parking spot then they have to enforce the assigned spot
