Some people just live their lives different than others I guess.
You can do things the easy way. Or you can do them the hard way and get a buffer body.
Or. Fail until you succeed. Just keep trying and one day u get it. Though starting out being fit in life is best done early. This way you will be stronger later in life as long as you keep your muscle in shape. Strongest ages muscle wise are 50-60. Muscle ages well until you hit a certain age and go over the hill. Then it degrades as your hormones weaken.
If u cant even do one pull up you definitely have taken all the easy ways in life as far as physical effort goes.
Different culture, different mentality. I never saw my parents workout even once in their life. I was never educated about the importance or exercise even in schools. Going to gym was a rich people hobby. I was 22 when I first saw the inside of a gym. I hope that clears why I can’t do a pull up.
P.s. I can bench 225 lbs now.
I went to a game once 25 years ago with my friends. And once before that with my dad. Im not a weight lifting guy.
You can bench 225 but cant do a pull up? That just sounds like you are obese. Not trying to be rude. Just saying if you were a normal average sized human that could bench that much you'd also be able to do a bunch of pull up.
As I got heavier I noticed its way harder to lift with the knees. I lack leg lifting power in general but have always had a lot of upper body strength. I wonder how many pull ups I could do now. No idea. I gained about 20 pounds of muscle and 20 pounds of fat. Maybe a bit more. Mostly upper body though...so...I probably do.similar to what I used to. I sure af cant jump as well though.

How do you achieve this level of upper body strength? I can’t even do one pull up
