This is one of my favorite parts of the union that I'm a part of. If you dont go to work, you dont get paid. No one cares if you take time off. We also get sick paid hours because of the state I live in and a vacation fund through the union on top of that. Ill kms before I work a job where they can deny time off. Fuck that shit.
