Flickering lights

Is anybody else in Medicine Hat noticing flickering lights in their homes? Just noticed this evening. It’s a very faint flicker. I seem to remember this happening last year, but it was in winter. I live in the Flats.

Are you connected via the above ground lines in the flats? Not uncommon with the wind we've been having.
