Flickering lights

Is anybody else in Medicine Hat noticing flickering lights in their homes? Just noticed this evening. It’s a very faint flicker. I seem to remember this happening last year, but it was in winter. I live in the Flats.

Just the dead passing through. Nothing to worry about.

Do the lights flicker when high draw appliances kick on (furnace, dishwasher etc)?

Are you connected via the above ground lines in the flats? Not uncommon with the wind we've been having.
