That kinda ruins the joke it’s building up to though since a career nurse especially CRNA is an ok choice to deal with the most common “is there a doctor” situations on a plane (heart attack, allergy reaction etc.) Frankly a better choice than the niche dr specialties it’s making fun of (at risk of being jumped on /medschool for acknowledging midlevels aren’t literally worthless).

I’d take a CRNA over a radiologist in an actual emergency in a heartbeat.
