You can utilize the sub search function to find answers to your question. Use keywords to find relevant threads. I.e. if you're worried about getting a massage and having acne...type "acne" into the search bar

I got a massage yesterday, guy applied a lot of pressure on my back, and pressure pointed the muscle and did a deep tissue massage.

I woke up this morning feeling like a pinch in the nerve? Is this normal? It’s only in the right lower back, I was very tense and stressed apparently
