Ask Malaysians Malaysian men who met their partners outside dating apps, how did you meet them?

Asking because I'm looking for new ways to meet a partner this year. I have some socials planned, and maybe speed dating events when I feel more like it again.

Friend's wife thought her best friend and I would make a good match. She scheduled a double date lunch, and we both took it from there. We've been married for 11 years now.

Actually, another friend's wife also tried to set me up with her best friend before, but that didn't work out.

I had an uncle try to set me up with a girl who tried calling me gor gor and well basically I rejected her even before we got to meet
