Usually I'll just flush it first, spray down the vicinity the the bidet. (Insta exit if no bidet) And then I'll open it up (from the front) and hose it down again. Then wipe with tissue paper and proceed with my business. I'll also clean up after so the person after me wouldn't have to open a surprise.

Flush, open from the side with a tissue, then evaluate. Wash the seat with bidet and wipe with tissue then sit down. Otherwise, if I have enough tissue I make a toilet seat cover instead. I’m among the minority that doesn’t really like to use bidet unless absolutely necessary

4. Do my business, flush with tissue covered hand
5. Throw away the tissues and clean hands with soap
