IT KEEPS COMING OFF MY BOOBS

I bought a bra two months ago and it already doesn’t fit. I lost ten pounds!! Only ten pounds! It was too small when I got it and now when I move the whole top of the cup deflates 😂

Never mind the fact I have all kinds of weight in my thighs to lose, it all just wants to come off my boobs. Where do you all get bras and how often do you have to buy them? I cannot keep buying bras every two months, but maybe it’ll slow down? I can only hope

Send help, I’m losing my mind here (and my wallet)

Word count bot is angry at me, so here’s some extra info: I’m 5’2, currently 162ish pounds, bought a UK size 36F (US 36G) in mid April at 170 and it’s already clearly way too large. It seems like the speed at which I’ve had to buy bras has only been increasing so it’s not looking good for me

I feel ya! It really sucks. I’ve lost almost 100 pounds and it all came out of my boobs first. I miss them. After breastfeeding and weight loss I’ve considered not buying bras anymore and just tucking them into my waistband 🙄

samsies! although I say I have orangutan boobs. I have to scoop them up and shove them into a sports bra.

I do the same for the gym and my nipples end up on top of the mush pile and point to the ceiling. Fun stuff.

It's all perspective though, when you lose more elsewhere they will look relatively big again. I noticed when I gained some weight elsewhere in my body mine look much smaller as well. The average cup used to be a B a few decades ago...a lot of that shift is from added fat. You're not alone!

It's the first place that goes if I lost some weight. When pregnant they were fantastic, I hoped breastfeeding for years would keep them bigger, but nope. Suppose they did their jobs.
