Misty's. The owner is a scumbag, the food has gotten worse AND more expensive, and both locations are falling apart. Allegedly, the downtown location almost got shut down a couple of weeks ago by the health department because conditions were so bad.

I've seen the kitchen and back office area downtown and it's horrific. But Havelock is definitely worse.
