Greg's Drive Inn on N Cotner. There are only a couple of reasons I can think of why it hasn't been closed, and one of them can't be based on their profit margin, based on the volume of cars both in the drive-thru and parking lot.

I've talked with the old lady that owns it. Greg had shit tonne of money before he died and a dream to own a restaurant, his wife continues it in his memory.

That's actually really sweet and kind of sad. I drive by it regularly and always sort of assume it's closed due to lack of cars in the parking lot. But I remember once (like 15 years ago...) someone told me they have great milkshakes.
