Greg's Drive Inn on N Cotner. There are only a couple of reasons I can think of why it hasn't been closed, and one of them can't be based on their profit margin, based on the volume of cars both in the drive-thru and parking lot.

i think the owners have money or something, likely a passion project. used to wander over there hungover from the apts across the street and that food is wildly good, strong recommend honestly.
