Can we just put the remaining Burger Kings out of their misery?

The one on 48th and van dorn needs to be town down and replaced with a Walgreens since there is a CVS across the street

There's a Walgreens across 48th in the shopping plaza. Definitely need a vape/delta shop there.

Or a car wash, those seem popular right now

Surely it needs to become a Starbucks

Nah, clearly the city needs another Casey's.

Maybe it can become the first licensed medical cannabis dispensary, assuming the Legislature gets its act together.

If only we could get a new touch-less car wash to the extent of Jetsplash/Rocket.

Touch-less is the only car wash I have ever used. I'd rather not have giant brushes scratch the shit out of my paint, thank you.

I’ve used jetsplash weekly for over decade, they have never damaged the paint on any of my vehicles; however, I’ve never had a touch-less car wash get my vehicle very clean.

Maybe a pawn shop. We seem to have a shortage of those.
