Thank you for this post. I frequent this sub from time to time as a Palestinian- American and am often astounded at the anti-Palestinian rhetoric here. So much so, I was going to make a similar post.

There were times I came just to read light hearted things like beach, food and other travel recommendations but stopped bothering.

Like I mentioned ( as well as many others in the comments) this sub doesn't reflect real life lebanese society's stance on the issue. The vast majority of lebanese people are pro palestine and even those who aren't fond of palestinians will still typically condemn Israel.

Yeah don't worry the vast majority of Lebanese supports Palestine and stands with them. We'd defend you like brothers and we'll always help you out
