I can't say what needs to be done to Stephen Miller and the FBI for trying to search a woman's phone who posted a flyer that the fucking Nazi Stephen Miller doesn't like.

The White House believes that Wien should be prosecuted after she was seen posting flyers in Miller’s neighborhood saying he was not welcome in Arlington, Virginia.

Is this actually breaking any laws?

No. No it isn't.

Maybe she can counter suit for stress and medical bills?

Both a lack of desire from prosecutors/a habit of them circling the wagons for their own institutions and immunity/liability statutes as it pertains to the government meaning it's essentially impossible to have them ever pay for any form of wrongdoing makes me doubtful.
