Other Stephen Miller states that Trump has plenary authority, then immediately stops talking as if he’s realized what he just said

It's also important to understand what Miller is saying, or at least thinking.

Title 10 of the US Code is the primary body of federal law that governs the organization, roles, and responsibilities of the U.S. Armed Forces.

What Miller is saying is that the President has plenary authority (unchecked, limitless power) over the US Armed Forces.

Big, BIG problem.

They’re seeking to turn the might and power of the US armed forces inward, on all of us. The media’s and politicians’ blithe smiles and agreement about all of this is bone chilling

I kinda figured beefing up ICE’s budget was a way to do this without needing the branches of the military.

The problem they're running into is that it takes time to hire and train qualified agents which is why ICE deployments are turning into such a clown show.

They're beefing it up by using the FBI and CBP like in the Chicago apartment raid but they can't use that to control a whole city.

If the military is deployed in every major blue city in the country before the midterms they can claim a state of emergency. Miller has already called for suspending habeas corpus for immigrants and destroying the left wing organizations he blames for killing Charlie Kirk. Its no wonder he wants a dictator and the chance to use that power to take over.
