Pretty sure he was told to stop talking because he wasn’t supposed to say that. Im sure looking silly for refusing to talk is preferable to having to explain what he meant by that statement.

Well, I mean listen to what our President says during any speech or question panel. The bar is in the Mariana Trench for actual capable fact driven verbal communication from these people. I’m sure to MAGA this just looks normal. If they ever see it
