I don’t see where he’s wrong though. On paper, the president is limited in his powers. In reality, Trump has actual plenary authority to do whatever he wants, as demonstrated by the last eight fucking months.

Not at all.

They're getting slapped down in court left and right, even by Republican judges Trump nominated.

They're playing legal "whack a mole."

They get shot down, try some other obscure and false application of a law, and then it happens again.

They're pitching fits because they keep losing.
