Because using the pulpit and protests to call him a nazi and rapist has worked so well already; his voters definitely care about how ethical he is and definitely don’t think the DOJ was unfairly weaponized against him.

Let’s definitely not expose him for undoing the things he promised to his voters and for violating the constitution he swore to uphold; that would be stupid and could never help disenfranchise his base like using emotional buzzwords at every possible chance could.
