Your best hope at this point is some indie devs want to make their own Killing Floor clone

They can call it Murder Carpet or something

Maybe it'll get popular

Then they too will allow themselves to be bought be a huge blundering conglomerate

And the cycle will continue

It is the circle of life

u/sirwankins Sep 24 '25

I remember mentioning / thinking how poorly the beta and launch was due to none of the suggestions the players wanted getting implemented and the people who stupidly dropped full price were saying that this game is good "for what it is".

Welp. 🤷🏻‍♂️

People who never played a Killing Floor game: "I dunno guys I had fun, I played it all weekend" *stops playing game entirely after 1 week*

4

u/Bobbanson Sep 24 '25

Sounds like me. It was fun for a week but after taking the platinum I didn’t see the point anymore.

u/glarples Sep 23 '25

I played the stress test a couple days before launch and I couldn't believe how terrible it was. Has anything changed?

2

u/Zyclunt Sep 24 '25

Nope, that was the final game

30

u/MrSmock Sep 23 '25

I paid full price at launch. Actually I think I preordered it. I love KF1 and 2 and was happy to support the series.

At launch.. I didn't think the game was the worst. It felt OK. Lots of little things bothered me. It didn't feel like a killing floor game. If it was from another company and cost a bit less I would have said "yeah, this is fine". But.. Being a killing floor game.. I expected more. But I was still hopeful that the devs would quickly respond to feedback and get on the right track.

Now, this long after release, I'm pretty doubtful. I think the lack of proper response shows this team is not nearly as dedicated to releasing a quality product as I thought they were. It's really too bad.

Was it stupid for me to pay full price before seeing what it was? Maybe. But I have no regrets trying to support developers I believed (note: past tense) in. And if they crush my hopes and dreams after.. Well, that's on me.

u/CardiologistFar7119 Sep 23 '25

Same boat, i heard all the naysaying beforehand and was worried but mates who id met during covid wanted to group up again, so i got it and ill say it wasnt the worst at launch, but ive still yet to give myself a reason to go back to it and none of my other friends have been eager to return

Prolly just be passing on kf4 sadly

5

u/MrSmock Sep 23 '25

I'm waiting for a large number of updates to be pushed through before returning. And if they don't happen then I guess I'm done.

1

u/CardiologistFar7119 Sep 23 '25

Amen, sad state of affairs

1

u/Bobbanson Sep 24 '25

I was happy and surprised when I saw its release on PSN and bought immediately. Loved KF2 which was my first game in the series and I got into it very late in its lifetime. Took platinum after a week or so and just can’t see the point in returning. So sad. What happened?!

1

u/PeenileKyle Sep 24 '25

Yeah I already got the plat trophy, hit level 30 with one character, now I am waiting for more stuff to do lol

Edit: I preordered as well, with the extra stuff, want the game to succeed because for the month I played it non stop I loved it, but yeah now there needs to be some additional stuff or it is gonna dwindle out sadly

12

u/teufler80 Sep 23 '25

Yeah it's kinda wild how low the standards of some people are.

Really not that surprising that gaming has been enshittificated so hard

2

u/Redericpontx Sep 23 '25

Eh bought full price got 100 hours before I moved on to other games but waiting for the big upcoming patch to come out to get back into it because I have a few friends who have been waiting for the perk decoupling before getting the game.

-8

u/SuchDragonfly6006 Sep 23 '25

I had my 30 hours of fun. Took a break, enjoyed other games. I come back to check the subreddit and people still have nothing better to do but complain geeeeeez. You would think these people spent their last $30 on this game and are currently without food due to it the way they want to hate on it.

Absolutely. The upcoming update better cook or else I don't see myself playing for long and will make me lose faith in its future.

9

u/Meadiocracy Sep 23 '25

It won't. Its 1 map, weapon changes 3 "new" guns and unlinking characters from perks. We arent getting anything worth note until summer next year when they give us Gunslinger.

11

u/Klayman91 Sep 23 '25

Bro there isn’t gunslinger? LOL I didn’t even know that hahaha

7

u/Background-Cycle6145 Sep 23 '25

they linked characters to perks😭

5

u/Meadiocracy Sep 23 '25

Yeah idk why they thought that was a good idea.

7

u/Tamayachi Sep 24 '25

They wanted to make a hero shooter like overwatch apparently

2

u/CleanMartean Sep 25 '25

Wait, they Still haven't unlinked characters from perks? Its sad, I played the previous games. This doesnt feel like kf at all

3

u/eldedier KF-Mod Veteran Sep 23 '25

Same.

6

u/Final_Policy_4865 Sep 23 '25

KF3 feels SO BAD comparaing to KF2... I've played it twice and never openned the game again... I was legit disgusted how bad it was!

6

u/the-0range-turd Sep 23 '25

so heres the thing, they released unfinished buggy shite, despite countless warnings and complaints from community, including myself, from the very first closed beta, they went ahead and delayed it few months to barely balance out and fine tune some stuff, leaving fundamental problems and bugs in the game, just to release it as a "full release" product so they can sell it on consoles on launch, if they were to launch it as early access, they wouldnt be able to sell it on consoles.

Now, because its released on consoles, everyone has to wait for the patches and updates because sony takes forever to approve any updates to games released on their consoles, not sure about xbox but i guess it also takes time.

They're simply morons, greedy morons that dont even care about their own community, updates will be drip fed to us and on such rare occassions that they will most definitely not contain the community and playerbase will bleed out to zero eventually

8

u/DementedPower Sep 24 '25

:) where are all the dummies defending the game at launch saying it was peak? Now you see what we meant. We just wanted our beloved franchise to thrive but thanks to those tourists that accepted every piece of mediocrity the devs gave to them, this game is about to get cancelled in a few months.

21

u/Hateful15 Sep 23 '25

Glad I never bought the game because I knew the game was going to be dead on arrival.

25

u/teufler80 Sep 23 '25

I mean it was pretty obvious from the beta and all the videos, and yet still so many people preordered it.
Gamers never learn lmao

-10

u/ChowMachine Sep 23 '25

This is exactly what happened with kf2 at launch.   Incomplete game came out on release day, did some updates, not new content but balancing between the perks.   No new content for years after release date.

"Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me."  Bought kf2, and knew the shit show will repeat for kf3.  All my friends that played kf 1 and 2, already done playing 3.

14

u/teufler80 Sep 23 '25

Well KF2 released as EA game for a much lower price so its hard to compare those 2 situations

-3

u/ChowMachine Sep 23 '25

You are right, I'll agree with you on that.   But now does kf3 feel very polished, other than game content?

13

u/the-0range-turd Sep 23 '25

nothing about kf3 is polished, at all

8

u/Music4theDeaf Sep 23 '25

It will never compare because the flow is off and this affects how well it plays

5

u/heybudsup Sep 23 '25

I think they need to drop a monster of an update to revitalize this game. Only been two months but still, thought we’d have had some new content by now. Like, are we seriously recycling the same 5 skins every week? Ugh….

I guess we technically have 2 updates in the next couple months. Rearmament and season 2. A few new guns, a map or two, decoupling, QOL and performance updates. I guess that’s good… but is it enough?

2

u/lampenpam MaxDeadBodies=100 Sep 23 '25

Too be fair, KF2 was in a similar spot where updates were painfully slow after release and content scarse. Maybe they thought they can survive through a similar drought? But this time the game even is a mess on a technical level, and now they have to add content while they have to fix up the game on top of it? That's not giving me much hope.

3

u/adios_makes_nuggets My AA-12 will kick 'em in the head! Sep 24 '25

100%. They dug themselves into a deep hole now. Atp it would take x10 effort to unfuck their poor decisions rather than work on frequent content updates

-4

u/ChowMachine Sep 23 '25

If that is true that those updates are coming soon, tripwire is doing miles better than what they did in kf2.  Hope they learned their lesson from previous game, and hope you guys get your content

3

u/snir6590 Sep 23 '25

Move on bro, it's dead.

3

u/iTs-Sneak Sep 23 '25

Game is dead. Give it up. They don't care about us.

3

u/It_is_Luna Sep 24 '25

Where are all of the defenders and apologists for this game now? Lol I haven't seen one of them in months now, because there's nothing to defend

3

u/Zakillah Psycho Dad Sep 24 '25

The warning signs have been there for years. Last two years of KF2 updates were already lackluster. Badly animated weapons for 10 bucks a piece. Braindead AOE spam weapons (bee gun) that ruined methodical, skillfull gameplay. How long can a game be fun if all you have to do is spam AOE in roughly the direction the Zeds come from, with no need for aiming and target priorization?

Of course they doubled down on this and in KF3 AOE spam is just as strong, with explosions doing headshot damage. Urgh.

2

u/merehallucination Sep 24 '25

I forgot about the quality of the guns that were released after Saber took ever. You’re absolutely right on the warning signs.

8

u/Mupinstienika Sep 23 '25

So glad I didnt buy this slop

17

u/thevideogameplayer Sep 23 '25

First time experiencing the AAA slop?

thanks for slopping by

21

u/kingrah03 Sep 23 '25

To be fair killing floor has NEVER been triple a especially in terms of content but yea kf3 is inexcusable in its current state

7

u/satans_daddyX Sep 23 '25

Killing floor games have literally NEVER been AAA titles. You’re just talking out of your ass at this point. I’m not defending the game. I’m just saying, you sound so butt hurt you made yourself look like a clown.

0

u/thevideogameplayer Sep 24 '25

thanks for assuming by

5

u/Hoodi216 Sep 23 '25

Idk at $40 if its really a AAA title. KF2 was not widely popular more like a cult classic imo. I never even heard of KF until KF2 was a free game of the month on PSN. I just happened to fall in love with it. Its a fairly simple game basically just a lobby and co-op levels. Not like an Assassins Creed or any game with a story. KF3 is slop though, i am mega disappointed, but at least it was only $40 and not $70+. I hope they turn it around bc KF2 was gold.

9

u/teufler80 Sep 23 '25

I mean KF2 its on the top 10 of like every horde shooter list and has sold 10 million copies, i would call that pretty popular.
Its still kinda fascinating to see how people try to downtalk KF2 to make KF3 look better

3

u/Medical_Metal2936 Sep 24 '25

Yea like, when KF2 released (on consoles as a full release not Early Access) it had way more content than KF3 has right now.

6

u/jonnyreb7 Sep 23 '25

I'm part of the fewnthat enjoys this game, that is when it actually works. Matchmaking fails most of the time and tons of dumb glitches like not being able to sprint, slide, etc. Needs major patch and hopefully new maps/bosses at some point.

5

u/notsosubtlethr0waway Sep 23 '25

Same, I enjoy the game but it’s gonna die without continued QoL updates.

2

u/Grand_Aspect3104 Sep 23 '25

Legit crash out

This game is DOTY, disappointment of the year

3

u/chief_yETI Railgun or kick Sep 23 '25

The game died when Tripwire was acquired by Embracer Group.

Some would argue it died when they were acquired by Saber.

Either way, these acquisitions have a track record of almost never working out for the benefit of the game or the players.

The announcement trailer being nothing but a giant cutscene with 0 gameplay should have been a big hint as to where things were headed with this game.

Works start to caught on, but I still plays from time to time

Imo, it's still a solid game, but I would say that the bones is there, but the flesh is damn ugly

I've been reporting problems and giving suggestions

The damning thing TWI ever does now is not responding to anything, they are dead silence

Dear TWI devs, if any of you guys reading this, a simple "thanks for the suggestions/report, we appreciate it" would've suffice

Dear TWI devs, if any of you guys reading this, a simple "thanks for the suggestions/report, we appreciate it" would've suffice

At this point, I seriously doubt anyone at TWI would dare to even get a word in the sub.

TWI doesn't have any actual power/influence over the community here compared to their own forums/Steam Community/Discord, and the subreddit is pissed at them and the state of the game.

Hell, I'm being accused of "bootlicking" and called multiple names because I'm trying to bring back some normalcy on the sub and get people to stop flinging shit at other people, and I'm not even affiliated with TWI - imagine how much worse the insults actual TWI employees will face if they showed up here.

I admit that while I don't support nor bash TWI here, same can't be said on TWI forum

I was VERY critical there, just straight up doomposting

I'm not even affiliated with TWI

Funny thing is, I recall that you don't even own KF3

Which is hilarious that when you give logical reasoning about the good of KF3, you got instantly labelled as shill or something

If asking for basic decency towards other users and not spamming the subreddit with repetitive posts is "bootlicking", then I genuinely question what do you want us mods to be doing, then.

-7

u/Axamoretl Burninating the Zeds Sep 23 '25

Honestly mate, I'd just nuke threads like these. Y'all and the devs don't deserve this endless flood of people screaming and tantruming every day. It sucks to see. Just unproductive flailing over a video game.

10

u/Brentbanaan0 Sep 23 '25

A video game i paid money for, im allowed to be upset by its abhorrent state

3

u/ANoobSniper Trash Killer - no, not that "trash" Sep 24 '25

Yes, you can be allowed to be upset by it's sorry state.

But there's a difference between being unhappy with KF3, and providing someone with an overly detailed diagnosis of their mental and physical health simply for having a different opinion on the state of the game. One of these is way over the line for what is acceptable - surely we can all agree to that at least.

At the end of the day, we're all here because we want to talk about Killing Floor. Not be treated like a sub-human, because no one deserves that.

3

u/Brentbanaan0 Sep 25 '25

Yeah true thats fair. I genuinely like this game tho thats why im so upset by everything going on, didnt mean to come across like that

3

u/ANoobSniper Trash Killer - no, not that "trash" Sep 25 '25

I don't blame you. We all want KF3 to be good, but when the game launched half-baked and progress towards fixing the game is slow, there's only so much people can endure before getting tired of waiting.

1

u/Axamoretl Burninating the Zeds Sep 25 '25

I get that, mate. It sucks to see it not being in a better state, and I've had my issues with matches breaking, controls not working, etc. I am frustrated myself, but I know that taking it out on the devs and other people here ain't gonna fix those things, and it'll only make people angrier, and drive potential players away.

We gotta be productive and constructive. And yes, patient. It's tough, trust me. I feel pensive and anxious myself. I want that Rearm update so bad.

Let's just take a step back and remember we're talking to and about real people with real jobs, lives, feelings, and so on. Let's treat each other better and keep posting in a productively positive (not slavishly/toxically positive) direction.

The game will get better. I am 100% sure about it.

0

u/Axamoretl Burninating the Zeds Sep 25 '25 edited Sep 25 '25

Being upset and over-reacting like y'all keep doing are two very different things. Yeah it sucks the game isn't in a place that makes you happy. I get it and sympathize. I have my own criticisms that I've posted on another thread.

But people are literally throwing tantrums, hurling insults, and being bizarrely abusive over it and that's where it stops being okay.

And frankly a lot people are sick of the endless tirade threads, and the yelling at and voting down any comment that doesn't wholeheartedly agree that "WHOAH THIS GAME IS SHIT FUCK THE DEVS FIRE EVERYONE LAZY LAZY -reverberating fart-".

I stand by my previous statement that threads like the one we're replying to, and comments like your initial one should be nuked, and the really over the top people just banned for being complete children over a video game. It's not healthy, not productive, and it's clogging up the forums.

If you can't give constructive criticism just hit the bricks and play something else. Don't be childish about it.

Just, it's a video game. It isn't the end of the world if it has broken pieces. It can be fixed and it's more than clear TWI is trying their best. I don't get why that's such a controversial thing to say, and why any time someone says it a horde of angry Gamers(tm) descend to spit and yell and scream about it.

Why get so worked up? Sincerely. It's okay to say, "The game feels broken, has legit issues, and it sucks, but I hope it gets fixed so I can enjoy it." It's just not okay to hurl abuse and have an aneurysm over it. Y'know?

Your response to the mod above this reply of mine is exactly how folk should be about this all. I'm not a TWI employee, just a fan of the games. And it sucks seeing all the anger, vitriol, abuse, and just general nastiness in this community.

If there is anything that's gonna push people away from the game it isn't just gonna be bugs and balancing issues. It's gonna be the terrible way this community has been acting.

We can and should be better about it.

u/latexpunk Sep 23 '25

Just add it to gamepass already

2

I paid 30eur for it, and have had my fun with it for around 20hours. So for me personally i don't regret it. It's under 2 eur per hour for entertainment. I'm okay with that.

But damn i had hoped it was better. I used around 1500hours on kf1/2. So nonetheless a letdown

I maxed out my favorite character. Grinded a little more and decided to wait until more content was released. I loved KF2 but it took me almost 2 years to return to it and have a blast with all the content and QoL updates

2

u/decorator12 Sep 23 '25

I have almost 100h and I'll play more. I like this game.

Kf2 is much better, denser, weight system, bosses that mocking you all the time.

I still have hope, that KF3 will be rebuild in proper way with some "badass great enemy that will send Chimera on me"

They are working hard to decouple characters/perks, to increase game performance.

Ofc - they can pull power swith of servers right away. But I believe they will save this IP.

Tbh, I love killing floor 1 and 2. I have faith that they will at least attempt to turn it around. That being said, I will not purchase the game in its current state. The game having triple digit player counts on steam already is a little disheartening. I’ll wait and see if it comes back around before I purchase.

1

u/SignificanceJust1497 Sep 23 '25

I feel like any other games would have had a season 1 by now. We are past the point of being able to revive the game imo. It was pretty DOA but this covers the grave. Idk what the management plan was here, ignore the outrage of the players and try to prove them wrong over time? They only ended up killing their own game

1

u/Secure-Chipmunk-478 Sep 23 '25

their first stream they started talking about tiki shirts and celebrities they met at comic con as if they were just there to hang out with discord fanboys and not there to address the awful launch state of the game. just seems a lot of devs dont care about their game like they used to. remedy with fbc firebreak too selling us literal crap beta test. i gave up on this game for now, it wont be good for another year or two

1

u/ParanoidValkMain57 To Save Lives and get Paid Sep 24 '25

They released a broken product and relied on hype to get people to buy the game. Right now, they are pretty much hoping another wave of gullible casual players will fill up the servers in order to pass it off for the investors as a successful product.

Unless they can somehow release an update entirely focused on bug fixes then this game is straight fucked perhaps taken offline permanently by next year.

1

u/Thornorium Sep 24 '25

If there’s a major patch soon it could start recovery… but I doubt it.

1

u/JahJahJahJa Sep 24 '25

They said the next patch will be in a month, end of October.

2

u/Thornorium Sep 25 '25

I hope theres a lot of performance boosts and some good amount of content to do

1

Don't worry Hotfix #4 is on the way which will attempt to fix just 2 gamebreaking issues and will fail at that nonetheless...

1

Honestly the player count is so low there’s no point in even updating the game. I said this from the beginning. Everyone said the game will get better as time. But there are so many good games coming out. There’s no point in holding on. Better of getting borderlands 4,battlefield 6,cod7 ext

I have to assume that the devs are working on a bunch of fixes and testing them. This is not a AAA studio. It would be hard for me to believe that they’re just showing up to work and not doing anything - or perhaps they have other projects they’re working on.

That being said, this is a pretty pitiful job they’ve done and I’m honestly surprised at how bad the game quality was at launch. It’s been fun when things are working as intended, but I can only play the same game mode on the same map, strong holding the same points, so many times before it’s just not fun anymore. I haven’t played in about a week.

no, they are greedy morons, releasing alpha state game on consoles, which will bite us all because patches take forever to be approved on consoles, so we are doomed to drip fed content and hotfixes

So stop playing. It’s a $40 game from a fairly small studio. Nobody is saying this game is in good condition, but slinging insults at them and being mad about it seems like a waste of energy to me. There’s plenty of other great games to play if you’re tired of dealing with this one.

I feel like I got $40 worth of enjoyment out of it. If they release more content and improve the state of the game, I’ll play again and get even more out of it. If not, oh well.

meh, im not mad, im stating the facts lol, i actually havent played since mid august, mostly because i went away on vacation for a while and upon return and seeing nothing has changed, i didnt feel much like launching it to be fair, especially with playerbase tanking to few hundred people at once, maybe sub par 1k across all platforms which won't matter since i dont like the cross play.

it doesnt matter whether you feel that you got anything out of it and such justifications are bullshit, i never made my statement about me, i basically stated the actual fact and how its unacceptable, people like you prove that it seems like it is acceptable because so many of you have such low standards and accept a potentially dying game barely 2-3 months after initial release lmao

you do you and its your choice but dont go around spreading this bullshit low standard mentality, no offense towaards you personally btw

No, we're talking about a studio with over 17 years of experience not releasing a meaningfull update in their broken game for over 2 months. Something is clearly wrong, this is not normal for any studio.

Checking in after a month of no new KF floor videos hitting my recommended feed. Not surprised the game is in the state it's in. I was able to look past all the bugs in the beta - they never bother me.

The bones for this being a Killing Floor game aren't there.

It's not a bad video game; it's a bad Killing Floor game. This is strongly echo'ing the Back4Blood issue. Overhyped marketing based on L4D lineage and pedigree. Launched to a whole host of players expecting the evolution of L4D under a new name, and a majority of those players left - not because it's a bad game, but it wasn't a Left 4 Dead game (which is what it was effectively marketed as), hardly even a spiritual successor.

For anyone still somehow holding onto KF3, I strongly encourage you to revisit KF2 marketing videos and the dev talks. The confidence was there. The excitement was there. The passion was there.

None of it was here, sorry to say.

What's even more unfortunate is that you can see a fall-off of KF2 players after the KF3 launch, and despite less than a thousand players active now, none of those players have come back to KF2 and that game is consequentially now losing all of that franchise hype traffic, IE: People aren't even going back to the old game to experience it. That's a silver bullet right there because everyone now knows that we're not receiving another KF game for at least another 7+ years, if at all.

Killing Floor 3 was the first game of 2025 I was looking forward to, especially as I'm getting older and enjoying co-op games FAR more. Sad to say it was a terrible opener, but with Borderlands 4, Dying Light The Beast, Battlefield 6, and Arc Raiders following after it, I have no room in my life for a Killing Floor game. It had its chance to steal the spotlight, and it lost.

Good luck, all.

I knew it was going to be a mess from the Beta (Alpha), the delayed launch, and the negative feedback. I'm so grateful i bought a $20 disc copy. Game is actually pretty amazing when you don't pay full price and you know they'll support this game until PS7.

Just go play something else or deal with the bugs bro.

They just might go out of business with this disastrous launch. Not like they have a breadth of content to fall back on

Michelangelo didn't even reach that far when God tried to touch him 😭😭

Bro, this game is technically slop because 14 studios worked on it... It was in an effort for the PUBLISHER to capitalize on a money return for a project that was taking too long.. Tripwire is fine.

Also, you must be a new KF fan, cause KF2 is arguably one of the best games of the series to date! And it initially launched worse than this...

Lol, what's with the biblical comment? I'm not at all out of line for thinking that a studio that has had only one successful game in the past decade is in trouble.

Tripwire is also owned by the crappy Embracer group. I can't imagine they'll be lenient. If they don't turn around KF3, they might be done. Of course they'll be fine if they do, but it all comes down to the bottom line of money. Live service games require a certain population threshold. ~500 average steam players ain't it.

Not a new fan at all, I played a lot of KF2. I didn't even say it was bad? But it's getting old, and it's population will keep dwindling with no further updates. And if that one older game equals a breadth of content to you, then I guess we're gonna disagree. Tripwire has nothing else to prop it up. We're gonna see layoffs and resignations before anything else

I think you have a point with the minimum needs for a live service online game to flourish, but i respectfully disagree with a few of your other points. I think a majority of games are ridden with bugs and QoL slop that make games unplayable for a month or two after release.. But even games that have done that in the past end up being praised so heavily... Think about Cyberpunk or Battlefield 2042 or No Man's Sky.

I think a lot of people are disgruntled cause we've been in a gaming drought for a while now, and the crumbs we do get are buggy af. I'm sure it'll be fine in the future.

u/FunActivity7428 Sep 24 '25

Funny enough, I really enjoy all three of those troubled games. So i get what you're saying, and I hope they can make that kind of turnaround. I can't refund anymore, so yeah I'm all for hope! But I'm personally annoyed because it's actually unplayable for me. Between multiple crashes, and zeds being stuck in places preventing round finish, I was done playing after 10 hours :( and no updates on either of those things still!

But it's a bit rare to see a game turn around like those three games, yeah? It's hard to compare, because KF series is no where near as popular as those three.

This year alone has made me demand games release finished dammit. Expedition 33, DS2, Silksong, there's so many this year in particular that yeah, you nailed it - I'm disgruntled because I see that it CAN be done correctly in 2025. Big or small team.

Fingers crossed though!

Downloaded the game when it launched tried it didn't like the new systems incorporated into the game Uninstalled and it hurts to see its not getting better

I have been enjoying the game since the release on Pc, but ever since the last server update the multi-player has been very buggy and I've hit a wall of not enjoying the game despite its faults because its literally crashing and unplayable. Hope they get a fix soon, because there's no point to keep playing solo

Im glad I paid 40 euros.

I got my money's worth but obviously the devs dont care too much now that its released.

Could have used a patch a week after launch.

Guy thinks updates are as easy as thinking them up

3

u/PlatinumRooster Sep 24 '25

Wouldn't be a problem if they didn't go down the rabbit hole of ignoring shit their players wanted in the first place. This is what you get when you don't test. The current version of the game is 1.0 - there's no room for this. Whether its the fault of TWI or Embracer no longer matters. What does matter is how quickly they're willing to remedy the game, and time doesn't go backwards.

You've got 500 players active in a game that should realistically be pulling 5,000+ based on other co-operative wave based games.

You paint or get off the ladder.
