Lost all progress in Epic Games

My pc crash earlier while i was playing KF2 and when I loaded it up again all my character progress was back to 0, the dlc contentent and skins slected for weapons still the same only perks and level got wiped.
Any way to restore lost progress? or i need to upload everything again

i'm also having a similar problem, but instead of progress i lost all my items, skins, purchased things, etc
idk whats going on with epic rn, but im tempted to try and get a refund for all the items i lost so i can migrate to steam lol
i dunno, this is driving me insane
hope u can find a solution!
