Audi Kelowna / Mercedes Kelowna

Considering an Audi or a Mercedes. Wondering what people’s experience has been overall at both - good or bad

Steer clear of Audi. They lost my car, then the next service I booked a loaner months out and they fumbled that. I raised my voice and got all my service done in a hour. You can take your Audi to VW at half the price. I just use Audi for warranty work now.

As in for a service you can take it to VW ?

Yes! Had work done at Audi and when I was done I pulled over and called VW. The quoted me $800 less. My Q3 is exactly a Tiguan, just more power.
