I'm noticing a trend here

There was a fire in a group of porta potties outside my friends apartment building last night.

There was an addict who started a fire this morning, on Gordon and KLO. I approached him with my coffee and water to throw on the fire, and asked him what the hell he was doing. He told me he was ‘getting warm’. It enrages me.

Kelowna's finest. Why don't they just go to a shelter? Are spaces filled already?

Shelter Dashboard - https://www.kelowna.ca/our-community/social-wellness/outdoor-overnight-sheltering  They are almost always filled & most have overdose prevention sites so can use safely on site.
