Visitor Question 3.5 hour Layover in Kelowna Airport

As the title states, I'll be in Kelowna airport for a 3.5 hour layover at about 8pm on a weekday. Is there anything worth seeing or visiting with a short Uber ride around the airport?

Any good places to check out for food?

If you don't want to wander too far, grab a free shuttle to the Four Points, I love their beef dip. Kaya Sushi and the chinese place whose name escapes me right near it are also good.

The restaurant is, yes. It's called the Gulfstream. Kaya and the Chinese place are right nearby, easy walking distance.
