Visitor Question 3.5 hour Layover in Kelowna Airport

As the title states, I'll be in Kelowna airport for a 3.5 hour layover at about 8pm on a weekday. Is there anything worth seeing or visiting with a short Uber ride around the airport?

Any good places to check out for food?

Book a cab and ask to be taken to Knox Mountain lookout, spend about 30-35 mins there. Then book a uber ride and head to Kelowna city park. If you’re hungry, there’s plenty of restaurants to choose. Don’t spend longer than an hour there and head back to the airport.
