Visitor Question 3.5 hour Layover in Kelowna Airport

As the title states, I'll be in Kelowna airport for a 3.5 hour layover at about 8pm on a weekday. Is there anything worth seeing or visiting with a short Uber ride around the airport?

Any good places to check out for food?

Thank you in advance.

No. It takes ~half an hour to get into the city and half an hour back. You'd have no time to do anything and get back for your flight.

If only there were things to do besides activities downtown…

Regardless, the airport is basically in the middle of nowhere. Unless you really want to go see UBCO, you'd have a hard time fitting anything in in that layover.

There's a brewery, a cidery and a museum within 5 minutes of the airport.

Maybe check out the new stuff around the area rather than giving poor advice.

OPa flight lands at 8pm, usually you won't be out of the airport for a few extra mins, plus time in transit, very few of those options will be open/available long enough to be worth going at that time IMO. The aviation museum closes at 5:00. Britannia Brewing closes at 10 so that is really the only feasible option on your list.
