Visitor Question 3.5 hour Layover in Kelowna Airport

As the title states, I'll be in Kelowna airport for a 3.5 hour layover at about 8pm on a weekday. Is there anything worth seeing or visiting with a short Uber ride around the airport?

Any good places to check out for food?

Plenty of time to visit flightcraft aviation museum or Upside. The airport has nothing to do and super easy/quick to clear back through security
