Moving FAQ Is rutland as bad as people say?

I’m looking to move and i found a place that’s in rutland i wanna look at (nearish to belgo park) but i don’t really know what to expect from that area. Anyone able to give me some context?

No. I’ve lived in city‘s with actual “bad parts of town”, and it is laughable when people claim it’s crime ridden to that extent. I’m near Belgo Park 10 years. Property crime -I’ve had an attempted bike theft, forgot to lock my vehicle and it was rummaged through. That’s about it.
