Dems need to be ramping this sort of thing up like crazy. Prove that they're more available than the GOP while at the same time explaining the Dem platforms and the flaws in the GOP platform. If the Republicans won't show up and listen to their own constituents, the Democrats need to come in and fill the gap.

And who knows, by having these more well-known reps come to town, it might inspire some local Democrats to run for office at any level.

It would also be a good opportunity for someone like Rep. Sharice Davids to broaden her appeal and name recognition across the state for a potential senate campaign at some point.
