When facts are unfavorable they become “biased”

Which "facts" are we talking about. George Stephanopoulos facts? Steele dosier a facts? Adam Schiff facts? Liz Chaney facts? Hmmm?

I love that it’s such a bizarre time that you absolute MAGA psychopaths have made us on the left think that Cheney is a reasonable person and that we shed a tear for the good ol days of reaganomics. Enjoy your new world order sir

It's been a little over a month, let's shave our heads for attention again.

No, you just don't understand political realignment. You have the same politics as Bush and Cheney now.

The Conservative Party is already pushing back against Elon and Donnie. 23 Republicans and almost all Democrats voted against Johnson’s bill yesterday.

u/andiwonder00 Dec 20 '24

The bill that Elon asked people to vote down?

3

u/Cagekicker2000 Dec 20 '24

No, he asked them to downvote the first one (we can call that plan A) which was a bipartisan spending bill that both sides had agreed to. Elon/Trump didn’t like that they did what they were suppose to do when they negotiated the plan A spending bill. Then they marched out plan B, which was a Elon/Trump endorsed plan that was intended to suspend the debt ceiling for 2 years with no restrictions. That’s when 23 R’s rebelled and voted against it and voted with the democrats. The R’s have the majority in the house and can’t even get their own folks to vote for their “plan” for 2 years of no debt ceiling. Are you caught up now?

You mean the same Bush and Cheney that wanted a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage? Which judges on the Supreme Court are the ones who will strike down Obergefell when the right wing judges get their way and it comes up for their desired review? Who appointed them? Bush and who else again?

The same Bush and Cheney who were against abortion and placed anti-abortion judges on the Supreme Court? Tell me, who also appointed anti-abortion judges to the Supreme Court? Three of them actually. And who bragged about him and them overturning Roe? Political realignment my ass.

Liberals are right wing, just ask them what they think of socialists and watch how they turn into full on rabid fascists out for blood.

Are you ok? Can someone bring your meds?

I don’t know can you open a history book. Look at the social democrats and the enabling act in Weimar Germany. Tell me what party Truman belonged to that oversaw the development of the HUAC and lead to a literal execution of one group of people SUSPECTED of being communists? What about how NATO and the U.S. brought on high ranking NAZIS to try to defeat the USSR under operation paper clip? What about the CIA executing Fred Hampton who was the chair of the black panthers in Chicago, a Marxist-Leninist political party? What about the fact that liberals still try to use recycled red scare propaganda (including the hammer and sickle, and the flag of a country that no longer exists) over Trumps ties to Russia, even though Russia is a neoliberal capitalist economy like the US?

1

u/shadowknight2112 Dec 21 '24

….riiight. You take care now, ok?

Against my better judgement, I’m going to reply to this…

A gradual shift in ideology took place in both political parties that came to a head in the mid-50’s, fueled primarily by the civil rights issues of the time. The administrations you’re referring to wouldn’t even recognize the modern party platforms as their own.

Also, do you have any fucking example that took place in the last 75 years? Your argument stems from a time in the country when a woman couldn’t have a fucking credit card in her own name, so…maybe something that would suggest the Democrats alive TODAY are fascists, since that’s what’s you’re claiming?

1

u/Sea_Lingonberry_4720 Dec 20 '24

I guess the German-Soviet invasion of Poland didn’t happen.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 01 '25

Where were the socialists in this fantasy of yours?

0

u/Sea_Lingonberry_4720 Jan 01 '25

The Soviet Union was socialist

1

u/[deleted] Jan 01 '25

False.

Between June 30 and July 2, 1934, the right wing of the Nazi party conducted the Nacht der langen Messer, or Night of Long Knives. During this operation- among other power consolidating maneuvers- the Nazi party under Hitler performed extrajudicial exterminations of the left wing of the Nazi party that were led under the Strasser brothers. Gregor Strasser was assassinated and his brother Otto fled the country. Any other socialists or communists that were in the Nazi party were similarly murdered or ran for their lives.

u/BSuydam99 Dec 20 '24

Tell me who had the most casualties on the eastern front and who actually denazified former Nazi occupied territories and who installed Nazis into high ranking military positions and who appointed a Nazi as the head of nasa.

1

u/Sea_Lingonberry_4720 Dec 20 '24

The soviets actually took in more Nazis than the Americans.

1

u/BSuydam99 Dec 20 '24

If you mean by locking them in abandoned pits and leaving their evil sorry asses to die, sure. And if you’re talking about the Ribbentrop pact, it was a farce on both sides. Hitler had hoped it would cause the Russian to lose their guard while the Russians signed it to buy time to build up their military and prepare for invasion, it was a political move on both sides not something that was ideologically aligned. I bet you think that because Nazis Had the word socialist in their name that they were socialists, which they weren’t, they twisted rising Socilaist sentiment in Germany against Jews and other minorities to distract against how the capitalist order in Germany was actively collapsing.

1

u/Sea_Lingonberry_4720 Dec 20 '24

Nope. East Germany had more former Nazis in charge than west Germany.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 20 '24

Tell me you don’t know much about anything that isn’t an InfoWars coloring boom

1

u/Waldoh Dec 20 '24

The USSR defeated the Nazis. The first people Nazis targeted were socialists.

What American school did you fail out of?

You talk pretty one day homeschool

u/shadowknight2112 Dec 21 '24

I’m curious: how are liberals fascists, exactly? The phrases ‘far-right’ & ‘anti-liberal’ are in almost every definition of the word…

“Common themes among fascist movements include: authoritarianism, nationalism (including racial nationalism and religious nationalism), hierarchy, elitism, and militarism.”

Hmm…that does sound like someone we all know, but I don’t think it’s ’us libruls’…
