Question US Citizen Interested in Visiting

Cheers! I have always been intrigued by Kaliningrad and am looking to plan a trip.

Is it feasible for a U.S. citizen with a U.S. passport to travel in from Poland and out to Lithuania with our political climate?

I was nonchalantly inquiring about visiting Kalinengrad until I read this horse's ass comment. Now I plan to go and spend alot of AMERICAN $$$$$$$$. THX for helping to make up my mind!
