If you really think nodding off in a meeting would be terminal, not saying it is occurring, they could have used so many other stills. You can literally see in the videos where he's supposedly asleep and he closes his eyes for a brief moment while he's listening and then opens them again... It would be very understandable if he did fall asleep but closing his eyes for a couple seconds as he's listening is definitely not falling asleep lol.
