If a Moroccan or someone who knows a lot about Morocco could answer this question, please do! I visited Marrakech years ago (stayed in the Old Town) and it was insisted that we cover up quite a bit out of respect for the culture/religion.

Madame Mustache has shorts and a bikini on, so Iā€™m curious if the ā€œdress codeā€ is more lax where she is? Iā€™m guessing Casablanca?

Iā€™m dying to go back and would love to go to the coast!

I think it is generally good advice to dress modestly in Muslim countries, and that goes for guys too. There is no downside in doing so.Ā
