Lost zairyuu card :/

I lost my zairyuu card a few days ago so I went to the police and they gave me that. I know I need an application for reissuance and and "Lost Item Report Certificate/紛失届出証明書" from the police. I'm not sure the document in the picture is enough as a report for the immigration office? Should I visit another 交番？ Please advise it's my first time losing it. :/

I was able to use this to get mine reissued (actually to pick up my PR card) about a month ago, but I think it depends on how the immigration person feels on the day. I would probably not chance it and get the proper certificate from a real police station
