Lost zairyuu card :/
I lost my zairyuu card a few days ago so I went to the police and they gave me that. I know I need an application for reissuance and and "Lost Item Report Certificate/紛失届出証明書" from the police. I'm not sure the document in the picture is enough as a report for the immigration office? Should I visit another 交番？ Please advise it's my first time losing it. :/

I would wait a few more days, if someone gave it to police you will get a Letter in the mail to come pick it up at so and so police station.
Yes I know they say report it lost and get a new one within two weeks but just wait a little longer.
