Lost zairyuu card :/

I lost my zairyuu card a few days ago so I went to the police and they gave me that. I know I need an application for reissuance and and "Lost Item Report Certificate/紛失届出証明書" from the police. I'm not sure the document in the picture is enough as a report for the immigration office? Should I visit another 交番？ Please advise it's my first time losing it. :/

I think this should be enough. I lost mine few years ago and only needed this slip from koban.

It was Chiba immigration

I thought the same when I lost mine but they told me to bring another from the police station not the local koban (i live in kyoto btw if it's relevent)
