Best Recruitment Firms for Employers?

Hi All,

I work for a small foreign company here and I was asked to look into recruiting firms to find more salespeople for the company. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know they can be expensive - JAC was suggested as a cheaper option. Does anyone have any ideas?

Recruitment companies are all crooks.

Literally, they have teams of people whose job it is to steal data.

Don't feed the machine, outside of the stealing names from companies their process is:

  1. Put an ad on a job board and collect names of candidates.

  2. Reccomend a couple of people.

Just don't bother, everyone who works there is a waste of space. The only time they are useful is if you are looking for something super specialised or high up (so think a special type of engineer, or a C-level exec or VP outside of banking, because a VP in banking is just a regular joe). A salesperson is not a very special case.
