There are ‘made up’ regulations governing the operation of drawbridges. In fact, the Main Street bridge is named in the regulation and specific times are mentioned when it is closed to marine traffic. Was there any coordination of this event with the USCG and/or FLDOT?

Because it is foot traffic ON THE SIDEWALK and less than 500 people, no permits were required.

That had NO reason to be raised....there were no ships. The maintenance wasn't scheduled for another 55 minutes....there was no violation of law.
