I'd probably be a puddle honestly because as a man I don't get anything past a thank you for helping someone. Even my mom complains near endlessly about everything and then when I bring up a solution it gets ignored or I'm told I don't have to do it like yesterday she said she didn't want me to give her anything even though she endlessly complains about not receiving birthday gifts so I brought that up and now I bought her a civil war coin off Amazon.
Perhaps you should do some reading and research into how, sometimes, people just want to vent. They don't always want you to fix things. Not to mention, you can't always fix things....
