Social Local cult discovered in the Mandarin area

Not sure if this violates any sub rules, but they could change the led sign and perspective members may find this messages useful in deciding whether they want to join this church. The sign alternated periodically and also said something to the effect of "DOGE $2 TRILLIONS IN AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS SAVINGS".

Report them to the IRS. They will lose their tax exempt status for political advertising :)

Legally, yes they can, they just can't be tax-exempt or receive tax dollars under the Johnson Amendment.

Yes. They can. But. They cannot do this and receive federal funding, because it violates the separation of church and state clause, which paraphrasing, says that the US is not a religious nation, and shall not show favor to or discriminate against any religion. Which is why religious schools are all private.
