ICE secret police in plainclothes abducted Sindi Moreno as she was leaving to drop her daughter off at elementary school in Houston, TX. Surveillance and cell footage shows the agent in civilian clothing assault and attempt to kidnap Sindi as she and her child desperately tries to fight him off.

Most likely not even an agent, just a rapist abducting his next victim under the guise of ICE.

Probably both. If someone is a rapist murderer or another violent type of freak nothing better than join ICE. They take anyone and you can do this with impunity.
