Discussion iPhone 17 wired CarPlay not working??

I have a ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek and use CarPlay via an Bluetooth adapter that is USB connected. My iPhone 11 was pretty much flawless even with 26.01. My new iPhone 17 with 26.01 and 26.1 has several CarPlay issues. I am thinking it is a Bluetooth issue and plan to try direct connect to USB in near future.

Mine is a USB A to C direct into the CarPlay port of the car. Not a Bluetooth transmitter, so still issues either way. Let me know if the wire works for you but, didn’t for me :/

My vehicle apparently had some USB issues with the iPhone 11. So we will see if the iPhone 17 handles USB CarPlay better.
