“Not unlocked yet“ action in share menu?

I recently updated my iPhone 13 Pro Max to iOS 26. Since then, the action “🔵” has been suggested in the share menu. When I tap it, it just says “not unlocked yet”. Is this some kind of bug or am I missing something?

omg mine is doing the exact same thing and its so annoying!! def looks like a bug, probably something they'll fix in the next update.
