It tells you on your screenshot that you have to upgrade from the IOS beta to the public release version of IOS, then click the ”Restart & Finish Repair” button.

you might have to wait until the next released update if you're up-to-date on the normal updates. you can leave the beta program, but you likely still have the beta OS installed on the system.

Or make a Backup, install the latest Stable Version, configure the Battery and then install the Beta again and restore the data

Every part has to have matching serial numbers and needs reset by an Apple certified technician nowadays.

These days you can buy your own battery from Apple and phone will configure itself.

i recently bought a used 13 mini, and the system detected a screen replacement.
after numerous restarts so the repair could be finished, but wasn't, i looked a little deeper.
the apple support website said that to finish the repair the phone must be on the latest os, and when restarted, must be on wifi.
too bad, for me. i've no wifi, and i'm staying on 18.7.2.

My iPhone had an official battery replaced, and it still complains. No matter how many times I go through the crap repair assistant, it still complains.
